How do I book a course?

You can book directly through our website or contact our team via phone or email for manual registration. Once your booking is complete, we’ll confirm your place and send you full joining instructions. If you’re a trainee or buddying ophthalmologist, please contact me directly to discuss pricing options.

Are your courses suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our courses are suitable for beginners. We offer introductory programmes that also include elements of advanced modules. Each course clearly states its target experience level to help you choose the most appropriate option.

Do you provide certificates?

All attendees receive a Certificate of Attendance accredited for Royal College of Ophthalmologists CPD points.

Can I attend remotely?

Yes. Selected courses include pre-recorded online training via our video platform, allowing you to access materials from anywhere in the UK or abroad. However, to get the most out of the course, we strongly recommend attending the practical simulation sessions in person.

Where are in-person courses held?

Our in-person training takes place at designated clinical facilities in Wales, with modern laser suites and simulation environments.

What is the refund or rescheduling policy?

You can reschedule or cancel with a full refund up to 7 days before your course start date. After that, rescheduling is available subject to availability.
